Right-Energy® Title 24 is an easy-to-use module that integrates the compliance manager approved by the California Building Energy Commission (CEC) as part of the California Building Energy Code Compliance – Residential software (CBECC-Res) software (co-developed by Wrightsoft®), approved for the Californian Title 24 Compliance Building Regulations. The California Energy Commission approved Right-Energy® Title 24 as a simplified alternative calculation method for demonstrating performance compliance with the residential provisions of the 2025 Building Energy Efficiency Standards** for newly constructed single-family buildings.

Right-Energy® Title 24 Applications:

Generate required reports. Right-Energy® Title 24 produces form; CF-1R – Certificate of Compliance.

Create unlimited reports. There is no cost per report, simply keep your subscription up-to-date for unlimited reports.

Observe energy consumption. Right-Energy® Title 24 performs hourly simulations of energy and includes a customized rule set consistent with the Title 24 Energy Code.

Simplify your workflow. With the integrated software, perform Manual J, Manual D, Manual S, and Title 24 energy code compliance all in one program. Right-Energy® Title 24 also utilizes our Hotlink Technology™, so the data is only entered once into Right-Suite® Universal and is updated in all areas of the program instantly.

Print reports right from the program. All reports, including those created with other Right-Suite® Universal modules, will be available to print once your project is completed.
