In the Customer Setup Screen, simply fill out customer details, including contact information, project location, and job number.

Select your wall, ceiling and floor R-values, materials, infiltration, and glass area percentage. Right Mobile Consultant™ submits this information via the Internet to Wrightsoft web servers. 8. Setup Instructions
The Setup Menu is comprised of three (3) sections, Color Scheme, Presentation Background and Presentation Buttons.

Setting the Color Scheme for the Presentation:
To set the color scheme, tap the fields next to each customizable option listed ('Menu Bar', 'Button Foreground' and 'Button Background').
When the color selection window pops up, first select a color from the top section you would like to use, then use the adjustments on the bottom section to refine the selection to the exact color you wish to use. Menu Bar refers to the bar at the top of the screen; Button Foreground refers to the text on the buttons; and Button Background refers to the button itself.

Setting the Presentation Homescreen Background:
These images (logos and wallpapers) will be displayed on the background of the home screen. Tap the fields next to each item to bring up the list of available images to select for each option.
Wallpaper Images: It's best to upload 2 images for the wallpaper, one horizontal and one vertical. This will ensure the images display correctly no matter which orientation the iPad® is held.
Image Specs: For best results, please use the following specifications when preparing your images (do no skew or distort images to fit these sizes - if your logos don't fit in the size indicated, simply center them in the middle of a canvas of the appropriate size).
Dealer Logo: 300 x 125 pixels, transparent .png
Manufacturer Logo: 165 x 75 pixels, transparent .png
Vertical Wallpaper: 768 x 911 pixels
Horizontal Wallpaper: 1024 x 655 pixels

Defining and Assigning the Presentation Buttons:
The Caption field indicates what the button will say on it. For instance, "About Us" or "Testimonials".
- URL: To designate a button to go to a URL, tap the "URL" button and type in the web address to which you would like the button to refer.
- File: To designate a button to bring up a document (PDF, Powerpoint, Word Document or Excel File), first tap the "File" button. This will bring up a list of available documents to choose from. Suggestions for what to include are testimonials by customers, presentations about the products and services the company sells, presentations about the Manufacturers, etc.
NOTE: When used in companion with Right-Mobile Consultant™, users will have the ability to pull in prepared presentations from a selection of more than 20 manufacturers.

Utilizing Brand Pak's:
Right-Roadshow’s BrandPak tool enables you to save multiple presentations to allow you to easily change from one presentation to another. You can save the color schemes, presentation backgrounds and presentation buttons and content. After you create your presentation in set up screen, click the BrandPak button in top left hand corner of navigation bar to name it and click Save. To open an existing brand pak, click the same BrandPak button and click Open.
NOTE: Pre-made Manufacturer Brand Pak's are available for HVAC professionals who own Right-Mobile Consultant™. Contact Wrightsoft for more details.

9. How to Use the Presentations

Showing your Presentations:
Users of the Right-Roadshow™ app can access the presentation documents/resources that were uploaded by simply tapping the buttons along the top menu bar.

10. Synching Files via iTunes
|

To Update Existing Files or Add New Files to your iPad:
To access your files on the iPad, you need to synchronize your iPad with your iTunes account in order to transfer the files from your computer to your iPad.
- Connect your iPad to your computer and open up iTunes
- Select your iPad from the Devices section on the left navigation bar of iTunes screen
- Click on the Apps tab (next to right of info and left of Music) at the top of the iTunes screen
- Select Right-Roadshow™ in the Apps section below Filing Sharing at the bottom of screen
- After selecting Right-Roadshow™, there will be a list on the right side of the page of all the custom documents that are on Right-Roadshow™ on the iPad
- To add documents, simply click the Add button to select documents or drag and drop the files from your computer
- After you have added all of your custom documents, click the Sync button on the bottom right of the screen to transfer the files to your iPad.
Your documents are now available in Right-Roadshow™
