This is a common issue linked to computers that are running Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. The two most common reasons for this to occur is a lack of user permissions to the Wrightsoft root folder and a user setting called User Account Control (UAC). Anyone that utilizes RSU needs to have full control to the Wrightsoft root folder. This also includes turning off the UAC setting found under 'Users Accounts' in the control panel. Before the UAC is turned off, you need to remove the RSU license. Open Right-Suite, select the Help Menu > Licensing > Remove License. Record the activation key incase you do not have your activation certificate with you. Consult your local administrator to modify the UAC settings. Once modified, the Right-Suite Program will not repeatedly update the libraries unless a service pack has been recently installed. |
