Perform fast and easy, ACCA-approved Manual J block (whole house) load calculations. The program lets you quickly select equipment and perform operating costs for up to four systems. Provide the customer a payback analysis with easy-to-use worksheet that includes Federal, state and local rebate input. Contractors can generate a professional proposal in minutes that can be emailed directly to the homeowner.

With Wrightsoft’s simple user interface, approved
Manual J block load calculations have never been easier.
New Feature: Clicking "Clear Footprint" in the menu list
will clear the house you've drawn on your footprint screen,
allowing you to start over from scratch if needed!

Utility Costs–
With a complete database of equipment, you can
quickly select equipment and compare utility costs for up to
three systems at the click of a buton.

Payback Period–
Fast and easy payback analysis. You can quickly enter
installation cost as well as rebate information for each system.
There is also a Comments field at the bottom to make notes
that will appear on the proposal.

Proposal–
A tailored proposal is automatically generated by the program based on
the information entered. You have the option of including all 3 systems,
or just the one system the customer selected (indicated on the Utility Cost screen).

Easily email proposal to customer, or whoever may need it.

load worksheets, component constructions, AED assessment,
drawings and proposals are available
