With the calendar, users can schedule their time and track the progress of their leads and proposals generated in Right-Suite Universal. The history feature in the contact database also stores important information and follow up notes about each of their customers and vendors to help track their projects over time, improve their sales process, and give the individual attention to customers as needed.
