New Customer Support Resources

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our customer resources by adding a new user forum, creating more online training videos, and launching a Wrightsoft Facebook page. The goal is to transform our customer support and training resources to provide additional resources for our customers to become more successful using our software.

User Forum:
Our new user forum, called Right-Forum, covers many topics on Wrightsoft and its products. We will also be adding industry experts to answer questions on Manual J, Manual D as well as other technical subjects.

Training Videos:
We have added new training videos for a Residential Replacement series, as well as made all online training videos free to our customers. In the past users were charged an annual subscription for access, but we have eliminated that requirement! Note: In order to access training videos, users must have a registered user account on Wrightsoft.com.

Accessing Right-University: At the top center of the page, click Login. Your login will be your email address and password you used when creating your Wrightsoft account. If you don’t have a login, click Create Account and fill out the form. Once logged in, the video content will appear.

Wrightsoft is now on Facebook! To join us, you can either simply click the button below or sign in to your Facebook account, search “Wrightsoft” and click “Become a Fan”!
