Enhanced Scenarios, Schedules, and Custom Constructions
Your usage parameters are stored in Schedules and Scenarios. You can set schedules for when the lights will be on, people will be in the building, thermostat settings, and more! With accurate schedules, you’ll get accurate loads. Scenarios combine these Schedules and other usage factors including inside design conditions, appliances, infiltration and ventilation. You can use Wrightsoft’s preset scenarios or create custom scenarios based on your most common projects.

HVAC System Navigator
The HVAC System Navigator allows you to view the zones, air handlers, VAV’s, and central plants quickly and easily. You can switch between different load breakdowns by selecting the one you want to view on the tree. Drag-and-drop zoning with the HVAC System Navigator makes fitting a large building fast and easy.

Easily work with CAD files!
With many commercial buildings, you will have access to the CAD layouts from the developers or building managers. You can import these electronic CAD files into your Right-Draw screen of your Right-Suite Universal program and simple trace over the spaces where you wish to calculate loads. Tracing over the space saves you time by eliminating the need for measuring each space, and you can also take advantage of the existing notation. When you’re done, you can write back your notation as a layer in the CAD file for easy reference!
