“Right-Suite is a dynamite product: I use it to draw buildings, calculate loads and
design multi-zone duct systems. What sold me on Right-Suite was my ability to jump
in and start producing automated loads and duct designs. In particular, since a
majority of what we do is new construction, I really like how easy it is to import
AutoCAD files and then design a multi-zone system in different colors over the CAD file.
Typically I receive the CAD files by email, add my Right-Suite layers and then send
them back. I’m working on a design right now that has 12 zones and four furnaces.
We recently won a quote on a large job because the builder was really impressed with
our multi-zone design which I had drawn over his AutoCad file. Right-Suite’s ability
to draw complex buildings is just great: forget trying to hand draw some of these
new high-end homes with all the angles and complex floor layouts. To be able to draw
these homes and then print out the building description with multi-colored zones is
absolutely dynamite. I’m currently doing about 150 to 200 variations on load, duct
and zoned designs each year, and since I’m both the designer and the lead salesman,
Right-Suite is a big time saver.”
